I have a saved listing done after much research and posting here for advice. I have not found anywhere to limit the geographic area to where I will sell. I want just contiguous United States. I did select free shipping. But, buyer pays return.

desktop instructions:

go to your preferences...choose shipping

Click edit next to Exclude Shipping Locations

https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/excludeRegions

Check off the regions you wish to exclude

Don't forget to Save

In addition, you need to "Opt Out" of ebay International if you don't want to participate in that great program.

Also, Free shipping is for the buyer not you. You still need to purchase postage/lavel from somewhere with the proceeds of the sale.

Thanks again to everyone. All my unawnsered questions got awnsered while actually listing the item and shipping it.

Sold within 2 hours of Listing and Account is now fully activated.
