It's the same for me as well. I was hoping it was a bug but I'm guessing
this is the new norm and they haven't bothered to announce anything or
revise the website.
I'm having the same issue. At least it's nice to know that it's not my
settings that are somehow causing UK to not show up so I can stop
driving myself crazy.
I'm having an issue where none of my listings over $250 will ship to the
UK through the ebay international shipping program. Other sellers with
the same items have UK as an option and these are not hazardous goods or
anything I can picture UK customs...
