Two customers say they did not receive their item and eBay says the item did not ship. I used a eBay

I have two orders that the customers did not receive and have filed a claim with eBay, I shipped the very next day after the order. eBay says I did not ship but on my computer screen it says shipped for a week now. What do I do?
