So we had two of the same items except in different sizes. We
unfortunately sent the wrong size, our mistake. Now we want to send the
correct item. Can we purchase a new label from eBay? I want to be sure
to handle this the right way.
So we listed an item with free shipping, buyer wants to bundle another
item that does not have free shipping. How do we change weight and
measurements for a larger and heavier box?
