When I try to send second chance offer I just get a message which say's
"Cannot do this" "Please sign in to the site the item was listed on &
retry" I am logged in and yes this is the correct site!??
So, it turned out I was logged in on the International Ebay site & it
needed to be on the UK site. Why this makes a difference & why they
don't make this clearer is a mystery.
