Not able to send Second Chance Offer to next highest bidder on an Unpaid Item.

When I try to send second chance offer I just get a message which say's "Cannot do this"  "Please sign in to the site the item was listed on & retry" 

I am logged in and yes this is the correct site!??

So, it turned out I was logged in on the International Ebay site & it needed to be on the UK site. Why this makes a difference & why they don't make this clearer is a mystery.

@mkerry185. The UK site does like to send us visitors.   You nees to logout and  return to ebay.co.uk

As you have found out you were logged in on the U.S. based ebay site, (ebay.com).  In order to take any action on a listing that was posted on the U.K. site, you have to be logged into (ebay.co.uk) to make changes, delete / revise, or send 2nd chance offers, for your listings, even if you offer items for sale internationally.
