When you print a label from Ebay it states there is automatic coverage
up to $100 on items, when it ships, and arrives damaged, how do you make
a claim against that coverage?
Hello, first time seller on EBay. If I print a UPS label off of EBAY and
the item arrives damaged, how do I file a claim. When I go to the UPS
website they tell me I have to contact my channel partner to start a
claim??
Great I already refunded the buyer,I felt it was the right thing to
do... so I'm out the money then. UPS doesn't let me file a claim, stated
I have to contact Ebay since that's where I bought the label. EBay
states all things are automatically insure...
