Fertile eggs lost by USPS last month. I replaced the eggs no charge to buyer. How do I remove it from the "order pending " site and tracking? I sent her another order free of charge also filed a USPS claim.

Shipped USPS Priority Mail Fertile chicken eggs. No mgs from buyer but the eggs are now 10 days and not delivered. I would like to send another order on me. Doubt they will hatch been too long on the road. How do I do this?

EBay tried to help "send out special offer to watchers of my product. Now I can't change my USPS priority express shipping. Just cost me @$70 to ship eggs. I am locked into to 5 more orders left on my listing. How do I stop this or close my account?
