I want to ship a package to my niece and I want to use ebay shipping service. She did not buy anthing from me through ebay, is that possible?

can I sell Japanese antique cigarettes from ww2? The cigarettes are still in the little box, never have been taken out.

Thanks for the reply. I have used Pay Pal for years but today I had to use this "shipstation" that is through Pay Pal, it was a hassle to figure it out but I did it! I sure thank you for your suggestions. Many thanks. Best to you on ebay. tink-tink
