So while the issue may have stemmed from something to do with eBay's
listing form, the info was visible and ultimately you didn't review your

When I created the listing I started with a similar item. Then I
manually edited the Shipping info to enter the correct weight and
dimensions, then clicked List Item. I never clicked an Apply button.
