Long story short; I rolled into this managed payment nonsense a few days
ago and I sold an item (total of $15.93 = item + shipping paid + tax)
and the fee was $1.97. Buyer was being shady and trying to change the
address so the item was cancelled and...
Longer story short....I'm going corporate greed and I won't be here
tomorrow. I am just hoping that eBay doesn't pull anything shady and I

Did it matter to me that I was charge 81 cents in an international fee
