buying shipping labels uavailable

I have been trying to buy my shipping lablels all day what's going on with ebay system?

Won't let me choose Priority mail

My listing won't post because it says package over first class weight limit so I choose Priority and it just loops back to the same message and won't accept any postage that I choose. Help!
