I think they will hold for 10 days with new members....and / or release
on parts of money. You should call Paypal....I think that if you do some
account verification that helps
taxes ?...you can only claim taxes for item you sell to coustmer that
reside in your state..and you have to have that set up in the
listing...then its up to you to keep track.
