Hi. Somehow I selected, or set, my listings to be automatically promoted
without me being able to select a percentage. I cannot find out where to
change this setting so I can change the promoted listing percentage. Any
help will be greatly appreciate...

all have the units listed as "parts only" even if they are working.Is

I agree with this!!! I hope eBay is truly reading are comments and will
take the necessary measures to correct this problem. Otherwise, are we
suppose to include MORE information in the Condition Description???
