I have a buyer that filed for a return but then never returned so I can
give her refund. Mean while my money is on hold. It has been 15 days.
How long do I have to wait and what do I do now, that the buyer doesn't
return?
Thank you, guess it is a lost cause. I did what you suggested but time
is out and I had to refund the buyer. Reason I don't like selling
internationally. Now I am out $36 plus the merchandise. Ouch!
Turns out for me it was the printer. I use instant ink and it keeps not
printing black for some reason. Third day it happens, HP finally sent me
new ink. Works fine now.
