I assume you are the seller. Go to the Sold transaction and click on the tracking number. That will take you to USPS.COM. Look for the option to enter your email address to get updates. That will often times shake the item loose and get it moving. I suspect the holdup is in the Customs department.

Thank you, guess it is a lost cause. I did what you suggested but time is out and I had to refund the buyer. Reason I don't like selling internationally. Now I am out $36 plus the merchandise. Ouch!
