I have a pair of shoes for sale. Someone put them in their cart over a
week ago but didn’t purchase them. Now no one else can purchase them. I
am unable to take them down since they are insomeone’s cart. What do I
do?
How do I get to the screen to see the offers on a pair of shoes? I did
not realize I had offers on the Birkenstocks sandals. Can I go back to
an offer and interact with the buyer?

The item I relisted was returned (Chaco sandals). This is NOT the one
that shows that someone has it in their cart which is a pair of
Birkenstock Bali sandals.
I tried to put them in my cart and it gives me an error message. So I
looked for a way to remove the listing with no luck. How do I take down
the listing so I can reset it? Or maybe it is ok as is. 路
