Mass airflow sensors compatability

Parts connect the same. Need to know if 2002 pontiac 34006cylinder maf sensor is compatible with buick 3800 6cylinders maf sensor? They bolt on the same way, but have different c.i. displacement specs.

Both 6cylinder motors,buick is a 38006cyl and the pontiac is a 34006cyl
