Thanks for your reply. I sold an item. Was paid for that item. The
payment was in available funds. Item was not yet shipped when buyer
asked for refund. Buyer received refund. Therefore, how is it possible
that I owe ebay anything?
I already did what you mentioned. However, there is injustice here! And
discrimination here. If a buyer can leave a seller negative feedback,
then certainly a seller should have the right to leave a buyer negative
