My account is clearly marked PayPal balance preferred but is bouncing my
linked bank account...repeatedly! Now I have to pay overdraft fees to my
bank! THEN PayPal pulls payments from my balance!

using ebay and PayPal for decades and only started to have this problem
recently.
Thank you for your response, I'm not sure I follow the first part of
your answer. At check out I am given the choice of my PayPal balance or
my linked bank account. I have chosen the PayPal balance eeach time and
it still pulls from my bank.?...
