Buyer paid for item and it was shipped they didn’t receive the item.
Tracking says undeliverable. How do I handle this issue. Can’t get a
connection to anyone at eBay to answer.
I asked the buyer if the shipping address is correct they have listed.
It is correct. they said they have had many items shipped from eBay to
this address never with an issue
