Sending a framed glassed picture via USPS/eBay for the first time. How
does this process work? I have a shipping box for the size picture of
21"x18"x1.5". Have good shipping materials too. Just wondering how the
USPS send this? Do I print a shipping ...
Buyer requested a change in address in sending a small/inexpensive item
to them. It appears the difference is just the house #. Street and city,
state, zip are the same. Can I just correct the street address manually?

Thanks to all of you with your feedback. I had not yet shipped the item,
so I "unshipped" the status, then very easily canceled the order (very
impressed with eBay's new cancellation process!), a message and full
refund was sent to the buyer (I didn'...
So do I tell the buyer I can only ship to the address on file? Unless
they change the address ASAP? I haven't sent it yet but the label has
been printed. Thanks
