I received a defective item and the seller refuses to give me a refund
back. I've started a return request and need ebay to step in but I don't
see a link to do that. How do I get my money back?
I don't see an option to ask ebay to step in, im in the return details
but all i see is the conversation and no ask for help option. You have
any suggestions?
