I have had a store for a year and didn’t know I was to get them.please help. I have looked everywhere.

A person left me negative feedback due to website running slow. She hadn’t even received them yet product she purchased yet. Now I have a negative mark. I asked eBay to remove it and they won’t. I don’t understand why.
