Is there a way to appeal a decision when they won’t remove a negative feedback

A person left me negative feedback due to website running slow.  She hadn’t even received them yet product she purchased yet. Now I have a negative mark. I asked eBay to remove it and they won’t. I don’t understand why.

@adhf

eBay recently updated their feedback policy. In order to request that a neutral or negative be removed, the Seller needs to go to the Seller Hub and request feedback removal using the online form. There is a list of reasons eBay might remove feedback. The only one that comes close is

  • "The problem was caused by a technical issue on the eBay site that we could identify." If you didn't use the form the first time, you could try again using that exact statement. There's no guarantees it will be removed since this seems more of a Buyer user error than an eBay website issue.
