How do I create a sales report by shoe category ?

Why is there no way to see what offers you have sent to Buyers who are Watching your listing. Why is it not just a "message" that can be viewed in your message que???

eBay has the option to send offers to people watching your listings BUT once they are sent I have not been able to find where I can see what I have sent and when the offer is no longer valid. Is there someplace where I can see what offers I have sent...
