How do you set your return policy where you accept returns but not for doesn't fit, accidentally ordered or issues like that. Thank you

I am curious how can I accept returns but not returns for doesn't fit, accidently order or issues like that. Ebay seems to automatically accept returns from my buyers when I have stated throughout my listing that I dont accept returns for doesnt fit....

I don't have a question but rather would like to hear how everyone else handles their returns. As far as which way do you follow Option 1,2,3 etc etc. I sell womens clothing 99% brand new still in the original packaging and I sell them at cheap cost ...
