I am trying to return a purchase and I have received a email with the
return label but every time I click on the return lable button I get a
message saying "something went wrong It's not your it's us Try again".
I am still not having any luck. If I am signed out of my ebay account
and click on the print label link it take me to a sign in page and I can
not do anything else without signing into my ebay account.
The original purchase was made in a guest account so I tried signing out
of my account like you said. Then when I click on the print label link
it takes me to a sign in page and I can't go any further without signing
in.
