I am trying to return a purchase and I have received a email with the return label but every time I click on the return lable button I get a message saying "something went wrong It's not your it's us Try again".

Try right clicking and see if you can download it and then print.

You must be signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase in order to use the link to print the label.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order.

The original purchase was made in a guest account so I tried signing out of my account like you said. Then when I click on the print label link it takes me to a sign in page and I can't go any further without signing in.

Try using a different browser or a private or incognito browser window. Open your email in that browser. Make sure you are not signed in to any eBay account, then try opening that email link.

I am still not having any luck. If I am signed out of my ebay account and click on the print label link it take me to a sign in page and I can not do anything else without signing into my ebay account.

Are you absolutely certain you purchased as a guest while not signed in to any eBay account?
Did you receive the "Order Confirmed" email from eBay with details of your guest order?
If you actually purchased while signed in to a different eBay account, you will have to sign back in that account to deal with the purchase.
If none of that helps, follow lakefor94's suggestion of contacting eBay directly via social media to deal with the return.

Start with that email message @dwacra1 -- is that your email address for the dwacra1* eBay account?
Or is it the email address for another eBay account?
*If so, then you may have clicked Check out as a guest using that email address, unwise but allowed.
