Buyer made purchase using Ebay gift card & used entire amount of card on
purchase.Item never arrived & is offered a refund but buyer did not
retain spent gift card. how would a refund best be handled in this

At 1st I thought Auto pay was great, I could bid on something & not have
to check back right away to pay if I won. The down fall to Auto pay is
if I make multiple purchases from one seller Auto Pay does not allow
time for the seller to discount shipp...
I agree, as a buyer I often make several purchases from the same seller
within a few hours.With Auto Pay sellers do not get a opportunity to
combine the shipping on a invoice, so I often way overpay for shipping.
It has really taken away any incentiv...
