I have had a few items listed for 3 weeks now with zero views. What am I doing wrong?

I have had 3 items listed for a few weeks now with zero views, zero bids. I am so new to eBay it’s ridiculous…I know nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I accepted an offer tonight but when I went to message the buyer he has a message giving an iCloud email address and a gmail address. He said he pay immediately after I contacted him through one of these platforms, but that he couldn’t message via eB...
