I don't want to take returns. What do I do with buyers who are angry?

I state clearly I do not take returns. I measure the clothing. I ask for questions. But buyers get angry and keep writing emails.

Sending more offers

I sent one offer to one watcher. There are 5 more now but no option to send them offers as well. What happened to the Send Offers option?
