I have a Chinese buyer who says that I have restricted sales to PR China
somewhere in my item listing. I have looked but because I'm old, I'm
sure where or if such a restriction was made. Can someone help?
How do I change my address so it is a "global" change . . . . on my
current listings, on my shipping labels and packing slip, and other

another but his bid does not go through. Where is it that you select to
sell internationally. I might have listed this particular item as just
