Seller has an excavator listed for 4000. It claimed to have the ebay
money back guarantee even finance options but this price seems awfully
cheap. How do I know if it's a scam and is there anything I can do to
protect myself
i will say it appears to be on ebay but i did find it on a google search
and it does seem to search ebay if i change my item search in the tool
bar but it does seem kind of crazy to sell this kind of equipment closed
cab for 5k looks to be brand new ...
