My customer bought (auction) 2 similar items and would like combined

I bought a large lot from another Seller. The listing listed the items
in the lot as "great condition" (lot was model railroad items). These
items are NOT in great condition and many of the items have missing or
damaged parts. The Seller does not acc...
My customer got impatient and just paid. He thought $10 one way or the
other wasn't a big deal after all. I see how how your way can work ...
