I have a team member on my account and it shows she is active, but she
can't access the account on her phone. She hasn't ever sold anything on
ebay either so she doesn't have a seller hub. Help?
Is there a way to see if I used my code or not? I think I have only used
one this year and when I try now, it says its not redeemable and I am
trying to get boxes from the Ebay shipping store. Thanks!
