Buyer wants to return item that says "Untested" and "No Returns Accepted" in the description

I sold a Playstation 2 for $80.00 CAD and now the buyer wants to return the item but I explicitly said that it was "Untested" in the title and "No returns accepted" in the description and I need to know what to do next and if I can refuse return.
