What happens to buyers who won and then don’t pay or don’t answer messages? Happened twice in the last two weeks. Frustrating.

I have one bid on item and a watcher. 36 hours left. Bidder asked me to end auction so she could get item by Christmas. I’m willing but how do I do that?

Shipping on eBay asks me to fill out customs form? I don’t know that info on form?
