Someone paid for an item i had already sold and i am having a hard time
finding how to refund them their money. Sellers hub said to highlight
the purchase and go from there but its no longer on my site.
It says it's too late to cancel the order and that i should contact the
buyer and work something out.You solved my problem with that link. Thank
