Ive paid for something that hasn't been dispatched. Ive now checked the
feedback and this is a regular thing. I try and raise it with ebay and
keep getting "oops we've had a technical hiccup'. Im sure it used to be
much easier to raise an issue!!
It said it should arrive on the 13th. So today is the next day, if I
click on the item I just get the technical hiccup message and not other
way to contact eBay
