Does the Watch Authenticity Guarantee Protect against stolen Watches?

Reading the Authenticity Guarantee for luxury watches, I noticed that lack of explanation regarding stolen watches. I must assume that the Authenticity Guarantee does not protects the buyer from receiving a stolen watch? Is this correct?
