So I sold a costume and the customer wanted it priority they selected priority shipping yet I (the seller) am paying more to ship it.?.?

How does this happen? Sold 2 things and NO 0 nada Impressions or views. What's going on?

I just listed something and on the listing page it says 1 view... on the Traffic page it says 0 impressions 0 views and of course 0 sales. Does anyone know what is going on?
