Used an eBay Promo Coupon, Received Defective Item - How do I get my coupon back?

The seller refunded because they knew the item was dysfunctional ... but I only received the overage after the eBay Coupon (which is why I specifically purchased this item on eBay in the first place, to get the $25 coupon). The rest refunded to eBay....

TELL me there's a way to clear out my whole cart at once

instead of item by item because that is literally taking over 30 seconds per item to delete. I have to be missing an option somewhere, so please help me! It certainly cannot be this antiquated on a site as large as eBay.
