The seller refunded because they knew the item was dysfunctional ... but I only received the overage after the eBay Coupon (which is why I specifically purchased this item on eBay in the first place, to get the $25 coupon). The rest refunded to eBay. How do I go about getting the coupon re-issued to me, or another from eBay to replace it?
