I am trying to respond to a return request and the only option it’s giving me is to offer a full return or offer a partial return, but what I’m trying to do is send a replacement. How do I do that?

I am trying to respond to our return request and it is not giving me the option to replace or exchange the item. It’s only saying, except the return offer a partial return, but nothing about replace in the item. How can I do that?
