Sending a teplacement

I am trying to respond to a return request and the only option it’s giving me is to offer a full return or offer a partial return, but what I’m trying to do is send a replacement. How do I do that?

@jmsonack1   eBay's system doesn't really work well for replacements.  

You need to refund the buyer ( pay return shipping then refund, or just refund)  THEN have the buyer purchase the item again.  

If you do not do these steps then you could end up with the buyer receiving a refund AND the replacement item for free.
