I am unable to purchase a shipping label. The buyer has already paid and
ebay is holding funds.I need to cancel the sale. My question is, Do i
select "Cancel Order" or "Send Refund"
I no longer have a paypal account. Can I buy a postage label without it?
The only option I see is paypal (see below) Pay with PayPalSave PayPal
for future purchases
I currently only see the Paypal method listed.I dont see any mention of
funds. I just made a sale and those funds are frozen until I post the
