Hello, what Hs Tariff Code would sport cards be under?

This card got taken down to policy violations, I’m guessing cause it’s a fake autograph, but I saw tons of them up. Anyone know why mine got removed but not all there’s?

I accidentally bid on the wrong thing, and the seller won’t cancel it, and I’m not interested in it at all, what should I do?
