Buyer Not Paid Case

I have 2 items that are not paid for, and rejected the cancelation request, I have asked the buyer to pay but no response, I realized to open a buyer not paid case, you have to go to cancel it, but when I do it says cancelation exists, because I rejected the other request, anyone know how to fix it?

I am just guessing, but most likely there is a time limit after which the buyer's cancellation request expires, then ebay will probably let you cancel. Unless you get a better advice from top experts, I would say just wait a few days.

You can't fix it. There can be no more than one cancellation per order. When buyer filed formal cancellation requests with an hour of their purchase and you rejected them, that blew your chance to file an unpaid item cancellation.

The items are unpaid so just archive the orders and eventually they will age off.

My guess is it is in eBay's system now probably initiated by the buyer. Why did you reject the cancellation requests? If you try to get a buyer to buy something they don't want it can cause you all kinds of problems down the line. In these cases, it's just best to go with the flow and grant the request and block the buyer. Good Luck

Hello, I did not accept it, because we were going back and forth with offers, and he excepted one!

Just wait the 5 days without payment.  After this time frame you can cancel the order.  By the way, I removed the "Best Offers" because buyers not making payment.  I don't miss, the going back and forth.

Good luck on your selling journey!

You should have just granted the request. We can't even give buyers neutral or negative feedback, what makes you thing eBay is gonna let you give the buyer a UPI strike when the buyer followed eBay policy and asked that you cancel the transaction?

Ok and then he changed his mind and no longer wanted your item and asked for the cancellation. I understand your frustration but, in that situation, you need to watch out for you and get rid of that buyer. It is in the system now and you will have to wait and see if eBay is going to move on it or not.
