Gift Card Scam using the last 4 digits

Retailers sell eBay gift cards with a scratch PIN. Be aware that the first 9 digits of the PIN are in plain sight on the bottom left of the card. Once you scratch off just a few of the last numbers the scammer can figure the rest out easily.
